This survey application was developed to meet the needs of safety associations and consultants who may want to manage surveys for their clients as well as for companies that want to conduct their own surveys.  Here are some of the options we make available to our clients.
 

COMPANIES

If you are a company and want to conduct a safety perception survey we charge you on a per respondent basis.  We will walk you through the survey process step by step.  Our advice is free.  We want your survey experience to be successful.  If you don't want or need our guidance we will set up your survey so that you can do it entirely on your own.  Larger companies may want to look at purchasing an annual licence or purchasing the application.

SAFETY ASSOCIATIONS/ORGANIZATIONS

With Safety Associations or Organizations such as labour groups, the options are similar to the company options.  The group may choose to conduct a survey on a pay per respondent basis. Alternatively they may licence the survey application on an annual basis or purchase the application.  The application was developed with large companies and associations in mind so that they can conduct multiple surveys simultaneously.  Standard questions may be established from the master question list or questions specific to the association may be incorporated.  Once again, we will provide guidance through the survey process so that the first survey experience is successful.  Alternatively we can provide train-the-trainer training.  Our guide book can also be tailored to meet the Association/Organization's specific needs.
